Plot: At the age of 13 Kol'ka, fighting for love of a school beauty Ann, became a petty thief and stole the golden watch from a lonely old man (his neighbour), which belonged to his late wife. Having lost the only treasure, which bound him with life, the old man dies, and the boy will never correct his mistake.
